Volume

Calculation formula of volume weight is: length cm X width cm X height cm /5000. If the volume weight of 

goods is greater than the actual weight, it should calculate the cost according to the volume weight, and 

takes the bigger one of both; 

Time

If the goods arrives at Deantone operation center on the expired time of the same day, it will arrive at the 

destination on the next working days, and the customs clearance can be sent on the same day smoothly.

Notes

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand: the weight of single piece does not exceed 80kg, and the size does not 

exceed 90*90*90 (if one side exceeds exceed 90cm, the other two sides cannot exceed 50cm; if one side 

exceeds150cm, the other two sides cannot exceed 30cm);

Japan：The actual weight of single piece has no limited, and the longest side cannot exceed 200CM.

No service in Okinawa!

If the declared value of the goods less than 20KG exceeds USD 120, it should charge the extra customs 

clearance fee for RMB144RMB/entry; if the declared value exceeds USD 80 or its weight of single entry 

exceeds 20KG, when on customs, the goods will have the customs clearance fee for JPY 2200, which 

will be charged the consignee. If the consignee rejects to pay, it will automatically turn to the sender.

Taiwan：The actual weight of single piece does not exceed 70KG; size: the length cannot exceed 1.5m, 

the width cannot exceed 80CM, and the height is 70CM;
